ThermoML has provisions for = errors and uncertainties (in fact, about a third of the ThermoML schema=20 deals with this). We had a brief discussion about this in the committee=20 and judged that at least for the spectroscopic data we do not want to open = that can of worms (and besides, it is often hard to tell the precision of=20 an instrument anyway).
