if the window is minimized or behind others you don't
get to know when a new message is comming in. it
would be useful if the window could pop-up or some
other visual notification.
Assign a sound to the 'private message' event (server
dialog -> sounds), the title of the server's window will
flash when you get a private message
For now the title flashes only if a sound is assigned,
