[Ani-users] Change in the keymap loaded by the linux kernel

I would like to change the keymap who is loaded during the start of the =
linux kernel from deutch (qwerty) to french (azerty).
I have found the configuration in the file /etc/init.d/boot of =
manix.bz2, but I can't find a french key map to include with the =
archive.
I try xmodmap.fr from a  RedHat, but I have an error when it's loaded.

Is somebody who know where to find this ? Thanks for your help.
