ok, check if you can access the ani smb shares on the local server with

$ smbclient -U user //localhost/APACK

whereas user is one of you samba users. a samba user with read access 
only is sufficent i guess. this user must also be in dhcpd.conf, also 
the password that you assigned to the user with smbpasswd. use the 
encrypt.exe tool and type in the password you've set with smbpasswd. 
then copy & pase the hash and save it in hdcpd.conf.
