Hi, i have a question to the windows file system protection setting in the = winset.tpl when installing MS Office 2000 with a MSI Transform directly after the = installation i get a Windows file system protection message in which windows demands = the os cd. I tried to disable the file system protection for the installation = process with the following settings: ; system file protection ; values: 0 - activated=20 ; 1 - deactivated till next reboot with prompt, ; 2 - deactivated till next reboot without prompt, ; 4 - activated, popup deactivated [AddRegKey SFCDisable] kroot=3DHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE kpath=3DSOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon vname=3DSFCDisable value=3D0x00000002 vtype=3DREG_DWORD i also tried the decimal setting "2", both with the result that they = have no influence on the file system protection. Maybe i have overseen something. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
