Hi Simon

The bootrecord of the CD-ROM looks different from the one of the floppy 
disk! It contains another kernel (with CDROM- and SCSI-support). 
Downlaod the appropriate bootrecord image from here:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/ani/W2K/sources/AniInst/files_bootcd.iso/bootcd.bin?rev=1.2
