Hi Simon,
I still think, it has to do with this key (or any other Registry-Tweak
in this file), because this is where we change the computers behaviour
in comparison to a clean windows installation (where the deleting of the
roaming profile doesn't seem to occur). So why not try to do an
ANI-Installation without this key?... And have a look at this:

Maybe we're setting the right thing at the wrong place here?
