First Checkin

Wow! Our first checkin!
OK... I made some errors (can't delete a directory, can't we?), and the code that I ckecked in doesn't really work...

Oh well. Have to start with something...

As always, most of the activity (if any) is in the mailing lists. Somehow, their servers doesn't count the number of commit correctly, and the stats are "down" (though the number is raising...), so without these "news" and the mailing lists, everything looks like the project is dead.

OK. Time to work on the web site...
