Thats another reason to use Eclipse. With Eclipse all this stuff is 
cake. :)   Anyway about the components directory, you'll first need to 
create it and check it in before you can check it out :)  (I'm assuming 
you'll set up all the pom.xml files etc like we have for andromda-plugins?).
