Listener method called even if dragging is not allowed
Provides a sidebar, which can be shown in front of a main content.

When a SidebarListener is registered at a sidebar and a drag gesture is performed on the sidebar, the listener's methods are even called, if dragging is completely disabled. The same problem occurs, when the drag gesture is performed on a part of the view, dragging has been disabled for. On the other hand, the sidebar is not moved, when such drag gestures are performed, which is correct, but the listener's onSidebarShown- and onSidebarHidden-methods should not be called, when the sidebar's position has not been changed.
Fixed in version 1.0.3.
Re-opened in version 1.1.0 as the bug seems not to be totally fixed.
Second attempt to fix this in version 1.1.1.
