Using this piece of software is very easy.
Just download it. Open the zip and run setup.exe file. It will install the application and than starts it.
I tested it on windows 8 using .net frame work 4.5.
For working example please see the screenshot .
I had provided with my own app id and secret key but you can also get your own from bing translator.
