I don't know any way to provide help when Studio spits this out. The fix is to go to File->Settings->Editor->File Encodings and change IDE Encoding and Project Encoding at the top to UTF-8. And, change Default coding for properties files at the bottom to UTF-8.
Also, go to File->Other Settings->Default Settings->Editor->File Encodings and do the same thing, so this doesn't pop up in future projects.
