#62 Finalize Skin System
The skin system we have now is nifty, but still somewhat random and it is still too difficult to make new skins. Need to rationalize it. Ideal result is the ability to go to a color scheme designer page like http://colorschemedesigner.com/, spit out the colors and have them load to a skin. Super-ideal is that an end-user could do this.
