#43 Packaging of releases

I am noticing more and more as we add things to Andromeda, the upgrade from SVN process seems to be taking longer and longer. Maybe we could package the releases into tar.gz files and have the system download those, i am sure this will decrease the upgrade from SVN process time significantly.
