Service Schedule

The Schedule panel lets you plan your entire service in advance — songs, scriptures, media, and presentations — and run through it in order during the service.

Building a Schedule

Add items to the schedule before the service starts:

Content Type	How to Add
Song	Find song in Songs tab → click +Schedule
Bible verse	Search in Bible tab → click +Schedule
Image / Video	Browse in Media tab → click +Schedule
Presentation	Browse in Presentations tab → click +Schedule
Section divider	Click the § button in the Schedule toolbar

Drag items up or down to reorder them.

Section Dividers

Use section dividers to organise your schedule:

1. Click the § button in the Schedule toolbar
2. Type a label: e.g. Praise & Worship, Offering, Sermon, Altar Call
3. Press Enter

Dividers appear as gold-coloured labels in the schedule and help the operator navigate quickly.

Running the Schedule

Manual mode:

• Click any item to preview it in the Program Preview panel
• Press Project Live to send it to the screen
• Use ← → arrows or keyboard shortcuts to navigate between slides within an item

Auto mode (▶ Auto):

• Enable Auto in the Schedule toolbar
• AnchorCast automatically advances to the next item when you press Project Live on the last slide of an item

Saving a Schedule as a Preset

Save your full service setup — schedule, theme, logo — as a Preset for reuse:

1. Press Ctrl+S or click the Save button in the Schedule toolbar
2. Enter a name (e.g. "Sunday Morning Service")
3. Click Save

Loading a Preset:

1. Click the folder icon in the Schedule toolbar
2. Select a saved preset
3. The schedule, theme, and settings restore automatically

Clearing the Schedule

Click the clear button (🗑) in the Schedule toolbar, or right-click any item and select Remove.

To remove a single item: right-click it → Remove from Schedule.
