Interface Overview

AnchorCast has a four-panel operator dashboard. The operator sees everything — the congregation sees only what you send to the projection screen.

Panel Breakdown

🎙 Live Transcript (Far Left)

The live sermon transcription strip. Shows the sermon text as it is transcribed in real time, word by word.

• ▶ Start Transcript button — begins listening and transcribing
• ■ Stop Transcript button — ends the session and auto-saves
• Click any transcript line to search for the verse it references
• ● LIVE indicator shows the transcription source (LOCAL or ONLINE)
• Quick-access toolbar at the bottom for Files, History, Export, and more

📋 Schedule (Second from Left)

The service queue. Add songs, Bible verses, media, and presentations here before the service starts. Items can be reordered by dragging.

• ▶ Auto — auto-advances through items as you project them
• § — adds a section divider label (e.g. "Praise & Worship", "Sermon")
• Items show their type: SONG, VERSE, VIDEO, IMAGE, SLIDE

🖥 Program Preview (Centre)

The operator's working area. Click any Bible verse, song slide, or media item to preview it here before sending it live. The congregation does not see this panel.

• Use ← → arrows to navigate between verse slides
• The current chapter/song is shown at the top
• Project Live button (top-right) sends the previewed item to the screen

📺 Live Display (Right)

A thumbnail of what is currently showing on the projection screen. Shows • LIVE when content is active.

• LOGO button — toggle church logo overlay on/off
• BG button — toggle background overlay
• Clear Screen — blanks the projection screen

🤖 AI Detections (Bottom-Right)

Verses the AI automatically detected from the live sermon transcript. Click any detection to preview it, then Present to send it live instantly.

Each detection shows:

• The verse reference and translation
• A snippet of what was transcribed
• Confidence level (DIRECT / PARAPHRASE)
• Present, +Scheduled, and Review action buttons

Toolbar

The top toolbar provides quick access to all major features:

Projection	Open / close the projection window
History	Browse past service sessions
Themes	Open the Theme Designer
Songs	Open the Song Manager
Remote	View the Wi-Fi remote control URL and PIN
Timer	Open the countdown / count-up timer
Alerts	Send an alert overlay to the projection screen
⚙	Open Settings
ON AIR	Red button — toggles the projection live state

Bottom Search Tabs

Below the Program Preview, five tabs give quick access to content:

• BIBLE — Search any verse by reference (e.g. John 3:16, Gen 1, Ps 23)
• SONGS — Search and browse your song library
• MEDIA — Import and browse images and videos
• PRESENTATIONS — Browse saved presentation slide decks
• THEMES — Quick theme switcher

Tips

Resize panels — Drag the dividers between panels left or right to give more space to what you need most.

Operator Command Center — Press Ctrl+Shift+O to open a compact floating panel showing live service status: what's on screen, what's up next, transcript state, and quick action buttons.
