#11 16-bit TIFF truncated

When applying EXIF data to a bunch of 16-bit TIFFs the files were truncated from 34Mb to 5Kb, and obviously completely corrupted.

    Moved to Exiv2 0.20, which seems to fix this issue.

    Many thanks for the new release, I can confirm it fixed the problem with TIFF corruption. A great piece of software!
