#2 Follow pointers repeatedly
Follow pointers (derived from, etc) repeatedly, avoiding cycles, when
building set of Words for a lemma. I don't know if this is really necessary,
but it's probably a good idea, and it shouldn't be a performance problem
because it's only done when adding a word and the map-based dictionary
is fast anyway.
