AMX Mod X 1.70 Released

AMX Mod X 1.70 has been publically released. This is an important update which adds critical optimizations and many new features. The menu system has been rewritten, plugin intercommunication has been improved, and it is now easier to synchronize HUD displays. Lastly, a number of important crash bugs have been repaired.

Plugins should remain backwards compatible so it is recommended that everyone upgrade.
