#17 AMTU Support - Amazon need to stop twisting knife in Seller

Amazon "support" said to get support we must post here. (actually they said use the contact us at the sourceforge main web page. we are doing that also, but we do not expect much as Amazon has bad support for sellers.)

Problem -
We have installed AMTU on win7 64 system
The services are running ok.
they created the folder structure on the computer.
But--- Nothing is being downloaded to the computer

I am asking hoping for a response from amazon, but do not expect much, as when looking at all th AMTU support requests here I have never found one with a reply from Amazon. and that is covering a time period of over 2 years

It is amazing, We all pay Amazon ridiculous monthly and item fees at $40 + $40 + 15% os all sales, and they just seem to want to back stab sellers attempts to speedup / automate order processing.
