Specifically, it appears that if there is a SOAP server error when uploading a file, AMTU catches and logs the error, but never retrieves the corresponding processing report nor puts the message in the "sent" folder.

This is the most critical bug listed here because once it takes place you cannot use AMTU on the same machine ever again. It just never works again.
