I just had to install tcl-devel-static and tk-devel-static and got it compi= ling. BUT, as I said in other message, I *really* had to recompile it, since the = CVS so file was requiring libstdc++.so.6, and now I have it working with li= bstdc++.so.5 So, as said before, the pre-compiled CVS version may not be distro independ= ent, unless the following changes are applied: a) Minimum Tcl requirement changed to 8.3 (pkgIndex.tcl) b) Pre-compiled object linked against libstdc++5 Can it be done? -- --< Mauricio Teixeira (a.k.a netmask) --< netmask{at}linuxmail{dot}org - Maceio/AL/Brasil --< TI and Telecom Analyst / Linux Specialist --< http://mteixeira.webset.net --=20 _______________________________________________ Check out the latest SMS services @ http://www.linuxmail.org This allows you to send and receive SMS through your mailbox.
