I tryed use AmphetaRate with RSSOwl, but I don't see russian letters.

Guys, why you use Latin encoding, nor UTF-8?
May be I can choose preffered encoding anywhere?
Whats about internationalization?

Sorry about that. At one point, I was trying to put everything in UNICode but I had some problems with the unicode data in MySQL. I will try again, but I can't guarantee anything for now.
