Hrm. Are you sure it was "added one day, read the next"? The reason for the condemning is that the *second to last* time you ran AmphetaDesk, it didn't save those channels into your subscription list. The *last* time you ran AmphetaDesk, it said "well, hey, I got junk files that belonged to old subscriptions, so I'm gonna trash them". I can see this happening if: a) you open AmphetaDesk. b) you add a bunch of channels. c) AmphetaDesk can't save the subscriptions. d) you restart AmphetaDesk. e) AmphetaDesk condemns. But, I'm having troubles creating a case scenario where the channels are saved to disk once, AmphetaDesk is restarted, everything works fine, you restart again, everything is broken (I'm ignoring the obvious, like restoring your channels from an old backup you have, etc.). -- Morbus Iff ( and think about the bad things that I didn't do ) Technical: http://www.oreillynet.com/pub/au/779 Culture: http://www.disobey.com/ and http://www.gamegrene.com/ icq: 2927491 / aim: akaMorbus / yahoo: morbus_iff / jabber.org: morbus |
