#34 Jump to each feed

There is already a request to be able to limit the
number of new entries in each feed, but until that is
available, it would be nice to have a list of the feeds
at the top of the Channels Home web page just below
where it says "Below are the newest items from your XXX
channels..." that are links to the beginning of each feed.

The list of feeds could be alphabetical (that is, not
in the order of the actual feeds themselves as they are
in order of "freshest" material). They just jump
further down to the anchor at the beginning of that feed.

I've done this. Is this enough of a requested feature to
warrant changing the code base? Just say the word and I'll
submit the patch, or however it is done.
