#27 Allow Emailing of Feed Updates

AmphetaDesk should be able to leave the browser
environment, and let users receive feed updates through
their email program. The nicest way of doing this may be to
allow a) multiple emails per item to be sent, and/or b) use
the digest format to allow the email program (like Eudora)
to choose on how the items should be parsed.

This, ultimately, is pretty easy.
