#467 Sourceforge website links to a lot of old code

On nearly every page on sourceforge, the old Ampersand code is made available. See for instance: https://sourceforge.net/projects/ampersand/
Some of these links even feature the 2.0.* version.
We had three downloads just this week, perhaps we should make sure that those people end up getting the latest version. It is supposed to be really easy: http://sourceforge.net/blog/tutorial-how-to-sync-a-github-or-google-code-repo-to-a-sourceforge-project/
The only problem is that I cannot find the admin page to this sourceforge project.
