#4 stopping in step 41

Hello
I have been using minimus2 succesfully to merge pairs of assemblies from different samples. It works fine using contig files from different assemblers: megahit, spades, and canu. But it is crashing systematically when using flye assemblies of minion reads, always crashing at step 41 (see attached log). I think it can be related to the very low number of contigs produced by flye, much lower than any other assembler. Or maybe its length, which is higher? I tried setting different parameters but could not make it work. Any help will be very appreciated.
