#2 More robust fasta parsing in samtoarg.pl

The current implementation of samtoafg.pl does not allow for sequences to be wrapped along multiple lines. Attached is a patch that improves this parsing using the AMOS::ParseFasta module. Additionally I've added in a -h flag, which is an alias for --help and modified the help message to remove reference to "abyss-samtoafg", no doubt this was the original name for this converter
