It looks like you are using an old version of AMOS - please down the lastest
version from sourceforge:
It also helps to build a new frg file after the assembly with the updated
clear ranges, etc:
$ /path/to/CA/bin/gatekeeper -dumpfrg path/to/base.gkpStore >
And then run toAmos with the updatedclear frg file.
