#6 Implement the scaffold view side-pane as QToolBox

Would someone be able to change the QueryWidget on the interface to make use of the QToolBox container? The amount of vertical realestate required by the current design means that the libraries QGroupBox at the bottom is either completely or partially obscured when you don’t have the scaffold view maximised or if your monitor resolution isn’t high enough.

The use of QToolBox will maximise the vertical space available for each page and spreading these options over multiple pages will allow a user to see all the options even when screen resolution isn’t high or when the scaffold view isn’t maximised.
