I am trying to use minimus for generating assembly. It is going fine till overlapping stage but after that the tigger is consuming 100% of the memory (16G) and making system freeze. Can you please tell me what can be going wrong?

Could you give more information on what the type of data you are assembling? Also post the runAmos log file?
