Plugins added

When I developed the framework, I had this vision of a system that I could extend through plugins. The first site I put together to proof this concept was never released, but the plugins became a useful set of features.

What I didn't want to do was make the software dependant upon the plugins.

This is the first set;

- Users - User login / logout
- Email - A simple wrapper around text email
- Forms - A wrapper around form inclusion and validation

I do want to take these further, and when I developed this, I didn't use jQuery much. That's something I want to change.
