Hi Marisa, I am giving you my initial impressions. 1. The help book must not open every time I start amis. I can understand its opening once. 2. Application error when trying to arrow down in the book search list box Steps to duplicate the problem (1) Hit ctrl+space to pause the playing of the help file. (2) Hit alt+f then arrow to search. (3) Hit enter and type the path to brows. I had typed d: (4) Let AMIS finish its search. If it finds some books, you will see the listbox populated. (5) Tab to the listbox and start down arrowing. (6) When you reach the end of the list, continue to down arrow. (I cannot be sure about the end of the list bit) (7) AMIS will now crash with the following error - [AMIS1]: AMIS.exe - Application Error The instruction at "0x00237d30" referenced memory at "0x0000000c". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program Click on CANCEL to debug the program OK Cancel System configuration OS Name Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional Windows Version 5.0.2195 Service Pack 4 Build 2195 System Manufacturer INTEL_ System Model D865GBF_ System Type X86-based PC Processor x86 Family 15 Model 2 Stepping 9 GenuineIntel ~239...
