#8 sidebar highlighting

set list/tree view contrast highlight color on
individual selected item (change color of item background)

there is some code commented out which almost does this
but it was never finished [see AmisSidebar class].

the default MFC behavior for list/tree controls'
highlights is to make it blue/white. However, this
looks bad as soon as we apply the default contrast to
the book (also blue/white): the highlighted portion no
longer stands out.
