Pressing Ctrl + Up arrow to increase volume is not working
Steps
1. Open DT book in amis.
2. Start playing the book.
3. Press Ctrl + Up arrow to increase the volume.
a. Observe that this is not working.

Try setting focus to the main text view (Ctrl + A) and seeing if the keyboard shortcuts work then.
Also: what version of AMIS were you using?
