Ctrl + Num Pad Plus or Dash not working to Increase or Decrease Voice Rate.
Steps to reproduce
1. Open a DT Book in Amis.
2. Start Reading the book.
3. Press Ctrl + Num Pad Plus to increase the Voice Rate.
a. Observe that this is not working.
4. Press Ctrl + Equals to to increase the Voice Rate.
5. Now press Ctrl + Num Pad Dash to Decrease voice rate.
a. Observe that this is not working.
6. Press Ctrl + Hyphen to decrease the voice rate.
7. Observe that this has delay in decreasing the voice rate.

Number pad plus is not the same as the keyboard plus. However, it is a good idea that AMIS also support the number pad.
