In Self Voicing Mode, "Play" and "Help" Menu Item are not announced.
Steps
1. Press Alt then press right arrow to move to the Menu Item "Play" or "Help".
To Observe it more efficiently, Stop before the menu items mentioned above and wait for the prompt to finish and then press right arrow.
