#26 HTML text window has IE right-click pop-up

If you right-click in the text display window, an IE
pop-up appears, although the intention is not for this
to behave as a web browser (so none of the commands
really make sense in the context of AMIS).

In technical terms: find a way to disable IE popup menu
(with VC7 runtimes)
