SubPixel.dll depends on non-redistributable Debug CRT libraries

While researching about Subpixel edge detection, I came across AMILab, and wanted to try out its Subpixel Edge Detection module.
However, the DLL included was built linking against the MSVCR90D.DLL, and MSVCP90D.DLL libraries. These are debug DLLs which are not redistributable, and the program will only work if you happen to have the exact same version of Visual Studio 2008 installed that contains these debug DLLs.
In order to work, any dependency on the Debug CRT DLL files must be eliminated for it to work.

It appears that the file "amilab_3.2.1_setup.exe" is affected by this problem, but the file "amilab_3.2.1beta_64bits_setup.exe" is not affected, and works fine. (Confusingly enough, the "64bits" file is actually a 32-bit version of the program)
