#4 File in a comment is being added to the narrative author

When a post a new comment with an attached file in a narrative / history, this file is added on the narrative author files list. Instead it should be added to the comment author files list.

This can cause troubles when using small quotas for files, because every fiile added to a narrative will count against the narrative author.
