#10 problems

Awesome software guys!
I looked all over and couldn't find anything this
good, espically free!

I am having one problem:
I am running win 2000 with IIS5 (no, this isn't my
problem)
no experience with mysql or php, but I downloaded
copies of each and installed on the server. Everything
seemed to work fine, until i finally went to view
index.php3.

when I load the page, i get errors like this:

Warning: Undefined variable: op in
C:\Inetpub\hotornot\index.php3 on line 5

Looks like none of the variables are defined, and I am
unable to add a user.

Anyone have any ideas?

I am not using IIS and have some experience with MySQL but
not PHP and am also gettng the same sorts of error messages.
