    Hi.

    Since the precompiled eggdrop 1.6.15 here has one tiny little problem I'd love to see that the next compilation has a small change made. I'm not into compiling/porting myself so...

    Even if the the nick-len setting is set to the maximum 32 the bot still can't handle nicks longer than 9 chars. Had a check in the eggdrop forums and found this as an answer to the problem:

    ----------

    You should edit your eggdrop.h file found in your /eggdrop1.6.13/src/ folder and set
    #define HANDLEN 32 /* valid values 9->NICKMAX */
    #define NICKMAX 32 /* valid values HANDLEN->32 */

    save the edited file and recompile your eggdrop.
    This should solve your problem hopefully.
    Regards
    -----------------

    Can whoever that does the Amiga port do this, I'm sure I'm not the only one that wants this changed.

      Ok, for the next release then..I will set to manage this and some others internal options by enviroment vars.
