I would like to develop a couple of features/fixes in Amide, and was thinking that it could be helpful to migrate the code to GitHub. Has this been considered before? I found this repository, but it seems outdated: https://github.com/neuroradiology/amide Among the things I have a mind: - Loading RTdose files does not work well, it complains about missing SliceThickness attribute (optional), and ignores the GridFrameOffsetVector (mandatory). As a result it shows a wrong scaling. Also it sets a black and white color scale, while normally you would prefer a color one by default. - Loading files is always tedious, at least in Linux, it always restart from the home folder, instead of remembering the last folder where it was. Keeping track of these changes through GitHub or GitLab would be easier than with sourceforge. What are your thoughts? Cheers! |
