[Amforth] [SPAM] Amforth for Arduino Mega 2560

As there appeared to be no official hex files for the Arduino Mega, I set about building from source.

Hex files, fuse values, source templates and general instructions are provided in AMF2560.ZIP which may be downloaded from:
