[Amforth] AmForth RISC-V update

Hello AmForth'ers,

A quick update on my efforts with AmForth RISC-V.

I've put the amended source distribution here[0]. I have added some 
history in case anybody not on the mailing list wanders across the page 
by chance.

The zip file contains RISC-V related source code, a pre-built hex file 
for the redv and the tools directory. The latter only for ease as I 
reference it from the makefile. Delighted to know if anyone tries the 
hex file out or if anyone is doing anything RISC-V related.

The system clock has been updated to 256MHz and an issue with variables 
in the RAM dictionary addressed. Details in the logs.
