Good point, thanks for the report.

Some time back I had a conversation with Matthias about the
reference card.
- it has grown unbelievably
- it should be generated automatically from the source files
  /somehow/
- it might be out of date at any place.

So, please folks, feel free to report anything that looks wrong.
