[Amforth] 1-wire communication with DHT-11 connected to Arduino Uno's PB4

Using 1wire.frt I want to communicate with the DHT-11 that is used on the 'Open-Smart Rich Shield' and connected to pin PB4 (D12) of the Uno.

How can I define port PB4 as the pin that is used to 1-wire interface with the DHT-11?
