Good catch with the fuses configuration. I have skipped watchdog fuse configuration. No problem with the fuses: avrdude can set them easily and I have a makefile rule for that. Regarding the file, yes, I've found wdr.asm, but IMHO at least the dict_mcu.inc is not correct, as the no-wdt.asm file is missing.
