Tried this tonight, it compiled with 3 errors I could fix -  
WIN32FORTH V 6.14.00 build 2
Several warnings may be ignored.

So there is a win32forth version now called g4w32f.fs at:
  http://www.forth-ev.de/repos/g4/

which is basically functioning.
